Bad construction of the year
Last Friday, a 5-story residential building collapsed in Karaganda, Kazakhstan. Luckily, all the residents had been evacuated before it occurred. Before the collapse the building was tilting to one side for several days, which is never a good sign. Source: blameitonthevoices
